A motor vehicle comprises some 10,000 parts and about 40 different materials, and the materials are comprised of up70% steel and iron materials, aluminium alloys.

After shredding, the material is subjected to air separation before the separation of steel and iron material. Our machines in the processing line are to separate the ferrous and non-ferrous metals, mainly aluminium.

We are using head pulleys and drum separators to separate the ferrous metal, and then separate the majority of recoverable non-ferrous metals using eddy current separators. They are proved that even for fine grain size very efficient and with high yield. 

The eddy current separators are with innovative technology, and it has many particular features such as easy operation, free maintenance, time-saving belt changing. 

And for some customers, we have been supplying two-stage eddy current separator, which means a special-made conveyer connects the rougher and scavenger to assure a higher recovery.
