Traditional coal beneficiation is performed using coal washing with large amounts of water. 

For traditional coal washing plant we offer the CT series of wet drum magnetic separators, which are optimal for the recovery of magnetite and ferrosilicon from the heavy media of the sink/float separators. In this way, traditional coal washing can be performed economically, through the recovery of the heavy media. Our machines are performing to recover 99.5% of magnetite and ferrosilicon.
